ME & MY PHILOSOPHY
I hold Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, further to this I am currently working towards becoming a Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM.

I am a full time Firefighter and in addition to this I want to help people even more by assisting them in achieving their health and fitness goal.

I specialise in muscle gain and long term fat loss, with an emphasis on health and longevity. Making sure that you keep these changes throughout your life and maintain a level of fitness for the rest of your life.

I believe that health and fitness are specific to each person and their individual goals. whether that is improving a bench press personal best or being able to keep up with your kids.
